RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- Vooglam aims to provide perfect glasses at the best price. Feel free to contact us if there were any questions.
- We have a 365 days quality warranty (from the day of receiving the package), if your glasses were broken due to natural quality issue within 365 days after receiving them, we will replace them for free once. Otherwise, a discount code could be offered for the order out of warranty.
- Any unexpeted issues caused by the customers, such as filling out wrong prescription, selecting an unsuitable size, or personally don’t like the glasses, etc, there will be a special coupon or partial refund. Please notice that we will not bear the shipping fee if there is any return.
- Once the problem was confirmed to be caused by us, such as quality issue, damage on arrival, we would offer a free replacement or a full refund. We will provide the free shipping label if any return is needed.
Order Modification or Cancellation
