We will refund all funds received from you within 3 working days from receiving the products.
• Any claim for any item is to be requested within 14 days of placing the order, except if you didn’t like the product, the claim should be within 1 day of receiving the order.
• Any claim for any frozen item is to be requested within 1 day of receiving the order.
• In any refunding case, the voucher is only created when customer has paid in cash and the amount is less than 250 EGP.
• If the amount is more than 250 EGP or the customer paid by credit card, there are 2 options will be provided to the customer, either to get a voucher or a bank transfer that takes 14 to 21 working days to reflect in their bank account.
